What to expect:
Our beach yoga sessions are a blend of movement, breath, and connection — all set to the soothing sound of the sea.
You’ll begin with gentle yoga postures to wake up the body and release tension. If you are a couple, this will be followed by playful partner yoga or couples poses that bring lightness and joy to the practice.
We’ll guide you through calming breathwork to center your energy and finish with a peaceful meditation where you can simply relax and take in the beauty around you.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced for years, these sessions are about feeling good, being present, and enjoying the moment.

For the past 20 years, yoga has been my passion and my path. As a dedicated yoga teacher, I’ve had the honour of guiding countless women towards deeper self-awareness and connection through tantra yoga. 💖
I spent over 15 beautiful years with the Aphrodite Feminity School, helping women awaken to their femininity, celebrate their sensuality, and step into their full, radiant selves. 🌺💃
Now, here in Mallorca, we are thrilled to bring this transformative work to life through Ananda. The name Ananda holds deep meaning: in Sanskrit, Ananda means “bliss” or “divine joy.” This captures the essence of our mission—to bring beatitude, or profound spiritual happiness, into people’s lives and guide them to the true happiness that lies within. 🌞💫

What is special about us?

How we work?

After each session, we provide additional resources so that participants can continue exploring the practices and progress daily toward a more fulfilling life. Do you need to be experienced in yoga to attend?
Our retreats are open to all skill levels (unless otherwise specified), welcoming a diverse group ranging from beginners to yoga instructors. Everyone is welcome, and our experienced teachers provide a tailored experience for all participants—a more challenging practice for seasoned yogis and supportive guidance for those newer to yoga.
What style of yoga is practiced?
Our teachers are specialized in Hatha yoga, Pranayama yoga (breathwork), Restorative yoga, Tantra yoga, Kundalini yoga & Kryia yoga.
Will alcohol be available?
Alcohol can diminish the benefits of yoga practices, so we do not provide or encourage its consumption at our retreats. If you choose to drink, we recommend moderate amounts and only in the evening, after all sessions have concluded.
What to bring?
Be sure to bring light, comfortable yoga clothing and a light blanket or sarong for the final relaxation during classes. For beach retreats, don’t forget sun protection and swimwear; for active retreats, bring walking shoes. Check your joining instructions to see if you need to bring a yoga mat or other equipment. Additionally, please bring a swimsuit for the massage sessions.
Travel insurance
Each participant is responsible for arranging their own general travel insurance. As a yoga travel company, we maintain our own essential insurance coverage.
Transfers and travel to the retreat
Travel to the retreat is not included, so you’ll need to arrange your own transportation, whether by flight, train, bus, or car. We’re happy to offer guidance if needed.
For all international yoga retreats, we organize airport transfers and group attendees together whenever possible. Transfers are typically available at an additional cost.
What are the recommended arrival and departure times?
Plan to arrive on the retreat’s start date and depart on the final day. Typically, there are no yoga classes scheduled on travel days.
Gift vouchers
If you’d like to give the gift of a retreat experience, we offer beautifully designed online vouchers. Payment options for vouchers are the same as for any registration. To request a gift voucher, simply mention it during registration or email us directly at diana@tantrayogamallorca.com.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at the yoga venue.
